	Hotel Configuration & Room Description The 9-storey hotel houses 564 rooms and 36 suites. Most rooms and suites have breathtaking views of the harbour or the sea. To the northwest, the great Sound. To the southeast you can look across the great rolling Atlantic. Rooms have double-double or king-size beds, bath/shower combination, air conditioning, bathrobes, hair dryers, safes, ironing boards & irons, bathroom scales, direct dial telephone, walk-in closet, radio and cable TV.
	Outdoor Heated Pool The outdoor pool is freshwater and is heated. Chaise lounges and towels are available.
	Indoor Heated Pool and Willowstream Spa The indoor pool is heated freshwater. It is located on the mezzanine at the western end of the hotel. Also located here is the Willowstream Spa, featuring state-of-the-art equipment, lockers, massages, spa services and sauna. There is a modest charge for use of all these facilities.
	Whaler Inn Beach A private beach and beach club with chaise lounges, towels, lockers, showers, and shuttle to and from the hotel.
	Newport Room Considered the finest restaurant on the island. The Newport Room specializes in modern French cuisine which is served in an atmosphere reminiscent of a luxury yacht grand salon. Dinner only. Jacket and tie are required. Seats 80.
	Windows On The Sound An elegant restaurant with a panoramic view of the Great Sound. Sumptuous full American breafast buffets. Continental cuisine in the evening with live music for dancing between courses. Breakfast and dinner. Jacket recommended. Seats 400.
	Golf 18 hole, par 3, golf course. Cart and club rental available, as well as golf storage. Lessons may be arranged through the golf pro.
	Tennis There are eleven tennis courts, and three lit for night play. Equipment may be rented at the pro shop. Lessons may be arranged through the tennis pro. Proper tennis attire and reservations are required.
