On a recent trip to NYC, a friendly shop keeper asked where I was from. I love giving the answer: Bermuda, because no one expects it. "Oh!" she says, "You've just had a big bridge tournament haven't you?".
Well, as a committee member I nearly fell over - news of our tournament is the talk of Madison Avenue!
